I am a partner at LaBarge Weinstein, a firm of startup/knowledge-based specialists, 20 lawyers and students with a range of corporate finance, M&A, tax and licensing support for startups. The firm is 12 years old, has closed over 3.5B in VC and 4B in M&A during that period.
